Julian loves traveling. When she graduated from University of California, Berkeley, she started her career working for a small start-up glove manufacturer in Malaysia then made her way to Mexico 2002, where she and a few partners bought and remodeled a small hotel in Puerto Vallarta.Then transformed it into a top rated boutique wedding destination resort. She then spent the last 18 years dividing her time between PV and SF, creating an successful vacation property sales career.In 2020, due to the pandemic she relocated permanently to the SF bay Area where she started her career at The Gershman Group and spends her free time at the ranch with her horse and daughter.
