Mitch functions as the right-hand man to CEO, Roger Gershman, and engages in high level recruiting deals. He understands what is on the mind of advisros having started his career in 2016 at Independent Capital Management, and thereafter at JPMorgan Chase as a private banker. He also holds a commercial real estate license and has a knack for deal-making. Mitch earned his B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University, and speaks fluent Russian. He resides in Los Angeles with his young family.
